To prevent costly repairs, your furnace needs to be properly maintained. Make sure that you are ready for the cold winter ahead with a pre-season service check.

Your service check for the 1st furnace is $79.95. Each additional unit after that is half price ($40). If you get your system checked early in the season (September – November 30th) you can save $10. So the first unit would be $69.95, and the additional units are still half price ($35).

The fall furnace service check includes:

• Check for gas leaks at the furnace
• Check Flue venting
• Check Flue draft
• Check Tubing and wiring to draft motor
• Check heat exchanger for signs of cracks
• Check burners for proper operation
• Check electrical wiring and connections
• Check blower system and oil motor if possible
• Check ignition system (pilot or thermal couple)
• Check gas valve
• Check thermostat
• Clean washable filter or replace disposable filter
